This resource provides a mechanism through which, in accordance with the Chafee Amendment (Public Law 104-197), California community college faculty and staff may share information about the availability of print resources and other instructional materials in alternate formats. California community college faculty and staff wishing to search, add, edit or delete instructional materials in alternate formats agree that such materials are for the use of students with visual or other disabilities.

It is the exclusive responsibility of resource participants to assure that information in alternate formats is shared only with other qualified institutions of higher education engaged in the service and support of students with disabilities.
